I used a liquid fertilizer and added Sea Magic to the mixture every 3 weeks. They grew in partial shade and were so beautiful I decided to see if I could get another years growth out of them after they got straggly. In the spring, I cut the top of the plants off to within about 6" of the ground and to my GREAT SURPRISE they renewed themselves and put out as many blooms as they did the year before. Sea Magic is a good product from Burpee. You won't go wrong using it along with your regular liquid fertilizer for all your plants."
